Most prospecting calls fail in the first few seconds.

With the first words out of the salesperson's mouth.

It does NOT need to be that way.

It should not be that way.

 

The Oath

Sales reps should take the same oath as doctors.

Well, similar at least.

Theirs is "Do not harm."

Ours should be, "First, create no resistance."
